Whilst I was working as a Project Manager at Selfridges London I had the pleasure of working with Grant on the refurbishment of both Miu Miu and Prada Menswear. Both projects were extremely well planned and executed. This was in no small part down to the management and planning skills of Grant and the team that he led. One of Grant’s great skills is his ability to communicate at every stage of the project.

When I joined McDonald’s as a Project Manager in 2009, a large number of my initial projects coincided with meeting Grant – he at the time was a Contracts Manager for one of our approved shopfitters. He had gained a wealth of knowledge on our extensive policies, procedures & standards from prior completed projects. This knowledge helped me to find my feet with our franchisees / operations colleagues.
Grant’s involvement included him successfully planning and executing the refurbishment works with careful consideration to mitigate any possible disruption to our sales and mitigate any disruption to our customers. I wish Grant all the very best in the next stage of his career with his new company.
